Hi, I’m Mary. I’m so glad you’re here.

I’ve spent the last 25+ years as a personal trainer, yoga instructor, and spinning instructor.  I thought I knew everything there is to know about health and fitness.  

And then I turned 50. I was going through all of the normal life transitions that we all go through—hormonal changes, figuring out how my husband and I fit after a lifetime of parenting—and I felt stuck.

I started to really look at what I was putting in my body in December of 2009 and the transformation was almost instantaneous. I was skeptical at first, but then I started doing my research. I found study after study that touted the incredible nutritional benefits, I met so many individuals who had changed their lives for the better, and most importantly, I felt better.

I also learned that this nutritional system addresses the deficiencies, toxicities, and stress that can’t be managed with the same old calories in, calories out formula. To my own surprise, I found my happiest, best, fittest self after 50. And I wholeheartedly believe that you can, too.

 
 

I’ve dedicated my life to helping others change their lives and be their best selves no matter what their age. The amazing thing is, when you begin to change, you’ll begin to change others, too.
